Absolutely once in a lifetime type feeling to see what looked like an enchanted pathway of wildflowers appear from the grasslands. Utilized a polarizer filter for this first shot to dark the sky and punch up the already vibrant colors.

Really challenged myself to get as much footage as I could while kayaking the seaside caves of the island while on tour and with great planning, success. The tour alone was amazing; the pure action of transport by kayak coupled with the unbound access to such scenery from a new vantage point will not be forgotten.

This entire daytrip from the very early morning scenes of industry at the port of Long Beach, ocean views of the island by boat to a simple walk of the island was loaded with amazing beauty. I decided to explore around the Two Harbors side of the island with larger expanses and great hiking trails with great reward.
